Hello, world
Welcome to the blog. This post is a sample that exercises the whole pipeline:
frontmatter parsing, the listing at /blog, the tag pages, and code-block syntax
highlighting. Replace or delete it once you have real posts.
Writing posts
Each post is an .svx file under src/lib/content/blog/. The filename is the slug,
so this file is served at /blog/hello-world. Frontmatter at the top sets the title, date, tags, excerpt, and an optional cover image.
A code sample
Because posts are MDX (via mdsvex), fenced code blocks get highlighted:
type Greeting = { name: string };
function greet({ name }: Greeting): string {
return `Hello, ${name}!`;
}
console.log(greet({ name: "world" })); Posts can also embed live Svelte components when a post needs something interactive — that’s the reason this blog uses MDX rather than plain Markdown.
